WATCH: Randy Edsall walks out of post-game press conference

Randy Edsall may be gone this time tomorrow or Monday, but he isn’t going to go down without a fight. After a reporter asked a question about why he was shaking hands with all of his players, Edsall went off and then walked off the stage mid-press conference.

The embattled coach is rumored to be on the chopping block as soon as early this week, with the Terps having a bye week coming up. He didn’t do much to favor a change in thought process on Saturday, after giving an early scare to the Buckeyes, Edsall’s gang of Terrapins succumbed in the form of a 49-28 loss.

It moves Edsall to 22-34 in his tenure at Maryland, while his Big Ten record is a not-so bad-looking 4-6.

Still, moves like that post-game press conference tirade clearly indicate Edsall knows something is up. It may be the lasting memory we’re all left with as well.
